The long-anticipated follow-up to Customer Delight 365 is back with a new twist. Live with Delight 365 is a delightful collaboration of my friends and thought leaders, many of who is the one and the same, each sharing an inspirational quote followed up by a short passage written by each contributing author, called “The Gift.” The book has a dual purpose as a fantastic daily companion to start each day with inspiration and can be used by live streaming and podcasters as a daily prompt for their broadcast.
